Whether you’re coming from Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, or anywhere in the Los Angeles area, your session will feel relaxed and fully guided.

We plan everything together.
Wardrobe, styling, and vision—I help you every step of the way.
Before your South Bay maternity photography session, I will send you a questionnaire so I can learn about you and your family, and your ideas and preferences for the session. This way I can tailor the experience specifically to your needs. I have an array of gowns and flowing fabrics that photograph beautifully, and are complimentary with your session. You are also welcome to bring your own outfits.
During the session, all you'll need to do is relax and I'll guide you through a series of setups and "poses." No need to worry about posing! If you're expecting your first child, we'll focus on creating imagery of you, your bump, and you with your partner. If you have children and you'd like them to be included, that's easy!
Within three weeks of your session, I will send you a proof gallery with all the images. You'll choose the the number of images that were part of your session package. If you decide you want additional photos, that's simple. Each additional image is $20. Once you've chosen the images, I will make any final edits and deliver your gallery to your personal email. If you decide to purchase artwork, such framed artwork, you can easily do that through the same site as your digital files.

Let's Be Real - Pregnancy is amazing, but it's not always easy to feel amazing.......
You're growing a whole human (how wild is that?!), and while that's one of the most beautiful things in the world, it doesn't always feel beautiful in the moment. Between the swelling, nausea, hormones, and everything in between, it's totally normal to not feel like your best self.
And honestly, that's why so many women skip documenting this season.
But here's the thing - this chapter is worth remembering. Every part of it. The glow, the exhaustion, the anticipation, and the little moments in between.
As a South Bay maternity photographer (and a mama myself), I get it. I've been there. Pregnancy is emotional, messy and magical all at once. You're counting down the days wishing time would slow down, and dreaming about finally meeting your baby.
Even if it feels long right now… one day, you’ll look back and realize how quickly it passed. My goal is to preserve this chapter in a way that feels honest, soft, and timeless. Let's capture YOU'RE BEAUTY!

2. planning Your session
I hope I was able to answer all your questions, you like what you've seen, and ready to book a session.
Once you've booked a session, you'll receive a "Getting to Know You" questionnaire so I can learn more about you & your family. This will help us plan the perfect session and get the photos you dreamed of. I encourage you to look at the blog posts on "What to Wear" to help with color schemes and ideas on outfits.
I will share some tips to prepare you for the photoshoot. I'll stay in touch till the day of the shoot and if you have questions before the big day, do not hesitant to reach out.
It's time to relax and have fun! You'll arrive in the studio and I'll walk you through how the session will go. There will be no rush and plenty of time to capture photographs in different outfits.
For newborn sessions, plan for 2-2.5 hours and for maternity and family photos, plan for sessions to last roughly 2 hours. Babies can be unpredictable so you will see that I go with the baby's pace. If the baby is fussy, no need to worry. I've seen my fair share of fussiness and I always manage to capture good shots.
Once I walk you through he flow of the photo session, I will show you to the various clothing and photo props for baby and for those maternity shoots.
3. Day of your session
3 weeks after the photography session, you will receive a personal online gallery that will allow you to view the photos in a slideshow from the comfort of your home. From there, you'll have the opportunity to select the photos you want. Don't worry if you decide to purchase more photos than the original purchased package. You may purchase additional images at a separate cost.
After choosing the collection of images, you'll have access to the gallery to download your photos. It's That Simple!

Maternity Portrait Session FAQs
Q: WHEN is the best time to schedule a maternity session?
A. Earlier is always better! The ideal time is between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage, your belly has a beautiful, full shape, and you're likely still comfortable enough to pose. Once you've hit the 4 month mark, I would encourage you schedule the maternity photoshoot.
Q: how long do the photo sessions last?
A: Maternity sessions typically last about 2 hours, gving us time for outfit changes, a variety of poses, and breaks if needed.
Q: Do you have a selection of maternity wear?
A: Yes, I have a curated collection of studio gowns, wraps, and accessories available for you to choose from. I am happy to show you my collection so you have a better idea if you want to bring a few outfits of your own.
Q: Where will the session take place?
A: My maternity sessions are held in the studio, which is designed to provide a calm, private, and comfortable space with beautiful lighting and wardrobe options.
Q: Can my partner or children be included in the photos?
A: Absolutely. Maternity sessions are about celebrating your growing family. Partners and siblings are more than welcome to join in for part of the session.
Q: when and how do we pay for the booking fee and remaining balance?
A: A $300 sitting fee us due at time of booking the photography session and paid via credit card using square or Paypal. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the Photography session. To Book, click HERE!
Q: am i able to print my own photographs from the session?
A: ABSOLUTELY!! I would though highly recommend using a quality print lab to ensure the colors, sharpness, and overall finish truly reflects the quality of the work. I am a big fan of Miller's, Bay Photo, and Nation's Lab. Places like Walmart or CVS often use lower-grade printers and paper, which can result in dull colors, poor contrast, and shorter lifespan of the prints. A professional lab will give you the rich, true-to-life results your photos deserve.
Q: WHAT KIND OF PRINT ARTWORK IS AVAILABLE?
A: I am in the process of working with Miller's to produce products for my clients. In the meantime, my pricing page goes over the cost of a variety of photo packages.
Q: what to expect after my photo session?
A: Your private online gallery with hand-edited images will be delivered via email within a 3-week timeframe. You will be provided a secure pin to download the digital images. Your gallery will only be available for 30 days from the time of delivery. If at a later date you decide you want additional images, I hold the digital files for 6 months after the photo session, so it is possible for you to request additional digital images for a fee of $10/each.
Q: can i receive my images unedited/raw?
A: No. The editing I do is part of my artistic style and therefore I do not offer unedited files, as is the case with all respected professional photographers.
