A $200 sitting fee is required at time of booking.  This fee is for the time and talent of the photographer.  The sitting fee will be applied to the portrait package.  The $200 fee is non-refundable.  Booking is confirmed once the sitting fee is paid and contract is signed. Payment balance is due no later than the date of the photography session.
