All packages require a $300 sitting fee.  This fee is for the time and talent of the photographer.  The sitting fee will be applied to the selected portrait package.  The $300 fee is non-refundable.  Booking is confirmed once the sitting fee is paid and contract is signed. Payment balance is due no later than the date of the photography session. 

Client must confirm the session no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session via email to heathersphotosnaps@gmail.com.  If Client fails to confirm the session, Photographer will cancel the session and keep the full amount of money that was paid.

If Client reschedules the photo session, the photographer has the right to charge a $100 rebooking fee. 

All images are edited to Photographer’s discretion and images delivered are considered the final product.

All pictures in your gallery will be high-resolution, retouched,and ready to print. Client receives unlimited printing rights.

The contract serves as a model release allowing the Photographer to use the photographs in all forms and in all media for advertising and promotion purposes, i.e. website and social media platforms.
